I don’t know who they give access to exactly. I have never been inside myself either (although I would love to)…most of the pictures I have seen from inside were from people who snuck in, either by ducking up a staircase or something in the art museum or by some other way. Some of the windows along the bottom of the building are open sometimes too, but if you got caught it would probably be considered trespassing. Sorry that’s not much help :/
